Privacy Policy

Effective date: November 1, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Orlando Circus School (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit orlandocircusschool.com (the “Site”) or book our classes, camps, parties, or other services. The Site and our online services are intended for adults (18+). By using the Site, you agree to this Policy.

1. Who We Are

Orlando Circus School, 6809 Visitors Circle, Orlando, FL 32819, is responsible for the personal information described here. To power accounts, scheduling, and payments, we use Atelier Studio, a third-party booking and studio-management platform (operated by Atelier Digital).

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide:

  • Contact and account details — name, email, phone number, and account credentials (through Atelier Studio).
  • Booking details — the classes, camps, parties, memberships, or other services you reserve. If you register a child, the child’s name and age, which you provide as the adult account holder.
  • Payment information — processed by our payment processor, Stripe (through Atelier Studio). We do not receive or store your full card number.
  • Communications — messages you send us by form, email, or phone.

Information collected automatically:

  • Usage and device data — such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring pages — collected through cookies and similar technologies, including Google Analytics 4 (GA4), only if you accept analytics cookies.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to: provide and manage classes, camps, parties, memberships, and other services; process payments; create and maintain your account; respond to inquiries; send booking confirmations and, where permitted, updates or marketing; operate, secure, and improve the Site; measure site traffic and search performance; and comply with legal obligations.

4. Cookies & Analytics

The Site works without analytics cookies. We ask before setting them, and you can change your choice at any time using Cookie settings in the footer. We honor the Global Privacy Control signal as a decline.

  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4) helps us understand site traffic and usage, and loads only after you accept. Google may set cookies and collect data such as your IP address and interactions. See Google’s Privacy Policy for details.
  • Google Search Console helps us monitor how the Site performs in Google Search using aggregated search data; it sets no cookies on your device.
  • Booking tools embedded on the Site (Atelier Studio, Mindbody) may use cookies or local storage needed to sign you in and complete a booking.
  • Google Maps shows our location on some pages. The map loads from Google as you scroll near it, without asking first, so Google receives your IP address and may set cookies or collect usage data. See Google’s Privacy Policy for details.

5. Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe through Atelier Studio. Your card details are collected and processed by Stripe under its own privacy policy; we do not store full payment card numbers.

6. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

  • Service providers who help us operate — including Atelier Studio / Atelier Digital (booking, accounts, and studio management); Stripe (payments); Google (analytics and search); Cloudflare (website hosting and spam protection for forms); Postmark (delivery of messages you send through our contact form); Mindbody (legacy booking, for customers using existing Mindbody credits) — who process information on our behalf.
  • Legal and safety — where required by law, or to protect our rights, staff, and participants.
  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, sale, or similar event.

7. Data Retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain records, and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it.

8. Security

We use reasonable safeguards and rely on the security measures of our service providers to protect your information. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children’s Privacy

The Site and our online services are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly allow children to create accounts or provide information to us directly online. Where a parent or legal guardian registers a child for a class or camp, the adult provides the child’s information and is responsible for it. If you believe a child has provided us information directly through the Site, please contact us and we will delete it.

10. Your Choices & Rights

You may access or update your account information through Atelier Studio or by contacting us; unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in those emails; withdraw analytics consent using Cookie settings; and request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to applicable law. Contact us at info@orlandocircusschool.com to make a request.

The Site may link to third-party sites and services we don’t control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The effective date above shows the latest version, and material changes will be posted on this page.
